Apply the roll-on directly to the key pulse points: wrists, neck, and temples.
Before use, it is recommended to apply a drop on the inside of the elbow. Wait for 30-60 minutes, and if any irritation occurs, discontinue use.
To remove excess essential oils from the skin, use a pure plant oil to cleanse.
This product is intended for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply on broken or damaged skin.
