Phobias & Anxieties
What Are Phobias & Anxieties?
Phobias and anxieties are not the same things. Anxiety, for example, is a natural response in the body to the threat (whether perceived or real) of danger. If you were faced with a tiger in the jungle, your body would go into anxiety mode to keep you alive. However, the stress in modern life often leaves people feeling anxious. Phobias, on the other hand, are an irrational fear to a stimulus in the environment like heights, for example. Both unnecessary anxiety and phobias can be eliminated with the help of a skilled therapist. We use NLP, Timeline Therapy, and Hypnotherapy based on your needs.
How It Can Help You
- Identify the root cause of your phobia or anxiety.
- Provide you with a safe environment to be exposed to your phobia (snakes, heights, enclosed spaces, etc.)
- Give you a toolkit to work with your anxiety in a way that is constructive for your life and goals.
