Assessment: Baseline and post-treatment K10, DASS-21, plus pain intensity/interference measures.
Self-practice: Reinforcement between sessions (brief self-hypnosis/audio).
Reporting: With consent, progress and outcomes are summarised to the referring doctor.
Suitability: Motivated children (with guardian consent), adolescents, and adults able to engage in a skills-based therapy.
Not suitable for: Acute psychiatric crisis or untreated severe medical conditions requiring urgent care. Coordinate with specialists where red flags exist.
